Never a Pillow

Some flowers wait sixty years to go outside.

A black wool skirt with floral embroidery made in the 1960s in northern Moldova. Originally intended for pillows that were never finished, the embroidery has found its place here: bright pink flowers, green leaves and little touches of blue against black wool. A white ribbon ties at the waist.

Materials: Wool, vintage floral embroidery, lace trim and ribbon.
