Inna’s Gift Skirt

A parting gift, given a new life in green and pink.

Before moving to her new home in Samara, my mother’s friend Inna gave friends some of the things she couldn’t take with her. My mother received this piece of fabric. I made it into a skirt and paired it with a bright-pink waistband.

Handmade, with green checks, a gathered silhouette, a flexible elastic waistband and pockets with a contrasting floral lining.

Size: One size, fits S–L.
Fabric: Gifted checked fabric.
